If we, W-Wohnen, are not able to deliver the ordered goods through no fault of our own, e.g. because our supplier does not fulfill his obligations for whatever reason, W-Wohnen is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, you will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available. In this case, the purchase price paid will be refunded.
If a delivery to you is not possible because you cannot be found at the delivery address you have specified, even though you have been given reasonable notice of the delivery time, you shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.
